The international multipolarity and the transformational evolutionary processes of social territorial settlement

It will surely be agreed that scientific knowledge is one of the fundamental intervening variables that influence in a punctual way, not only in the metamorphosis and development of urban societies in the liquid contemporaneity that currently corresponds to us to coincide; but also, in the evolutionary transformational processes where there is a locus typicus for its territorial settlement, that is, in the so-called transversal space which is integrated in the sphere of its basic components: the national, the regional, the states and the municipalities; since it is in these territories where demographically progresses, prospers and develops the collectivity with all the differential social groups that compose it.
