The empirical evidence indicates the way in which urban space and in particular metropolitan areas inexorably advance in the territory, in multiple cases without efficient, effective and effective control, constantly expanding its perimeter physical limits towards a peripheral orientation of the urban center. ; a de facto submission in this transformational evolutionary process that goes from the non-urban (rural, peri-urban), to the urban-metropolitan (city-metropolis); not only to the original nature adjacent to the place, but also to all the components that settle and travel on it: from the different original social groups living there, which have developed specific patterns: identity, cultural, idiosyncratic, of habits and customs, which have been cemented throughout their daily experiences in the place; up to the modification of the edilicia forms of edification and of the ways of the use of the materials for the construction in situ.
