El libro que venimos a comentar, La ordenación de la red vial. El cantón Cuenca, se editó en 2016, por parte de la editorial de la Universidad de Cuenca (Ecuador), donde su autor, Enrique Flores Juca, es en la actualidad Decano de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo.
